Exercises Are for Both the Young and Elderly
It has been said for long that it is only young people who should exercise. This is not true since there is the exercise equipment specially made for the old. The fact that one is old does not hinder them from doing some exercise. It is however advised that very old people should not do as much exercise as the young people. This is because of a very obvious reason which is their reduced body strength. The young people are able to engage in rigorous and tedious activities since they have active body cells. The old people are allowed to do a few jogging in the morning before starting their daily chores.
